Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in product-focused environments.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js development.
- Proven experience owning features or projects end-to-end in agile product teams.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with user and business needs.
- Experience working with distributed systems, APIs, and scalable application architectures.
- Comfortable working across both legacy systems and modern cloud-native environments.
- Experience with PHP and Laravel is considered a strong plus.
- Frontend development experience with React is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and pragmatism in a fast-moving engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale backend services using TypeScript and Node.js within a microservices architecture.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving existing PHP/Laravel applications while supporting the transition toward modern services.
- Build and enhance frontend product features and internal tools using React.
- Own product initiatives end-to-end, including discovery, design, implementation, deployment, and continuous iteration.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve customer and business challenges.
- Support architectural evolution by integrating modern services with existing monolithic systems.
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and engineering efficiency across the product ecosystem.
- Participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and the definition of engineering standards and best practices.
