- Ability to deliver actionable, structured feedback
- Available 8–20 hours per week
- Comfortable with asynchronous, remote collaboration
Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to organizational design, models, and transformation initiatives
- Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI-driven organizational strategies and scenarios
- Develop real-world use cases, implementation plans, and change management techniques
- Create scenario variations for organizational change, restructuring, mergers, or scaling initiatives
- Identify issues, gaps, or potential risks in AI recommendations, providing clear and structured feedback
- Influence how AI interprets industry best practices, compliance requirements, and cultural considerations
