Requirements
- Strong professional software engineering experience with at least one modern programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, or similar).
- Strong experience building and maintaining production backend services and APIs.
- Solid experience with frontend development using TypeScript.
- Ability to work effectively across the stack.
- Experience designing and maintaining integrations between internal services and third-party platforms.
- Experience working with external business systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to design reliable system interactions across APIs and asynchronous workflows.
- Experience delivering projects from idea to production.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Solid understanding of modern software development practices (CI/CD, code review, automated testing).
Responsibilities
- Help design, build, operate, and evolve critical services supporting customer lifecycle workflows and internal business operations.
- Drive projects from initial ideation through implementation and into production.
- Build and maintain production backend services and APIs.
- Contribute to customer-facing and internal web applications.
- Design and maintain integrations between Grafana systems and external business platforms.
- Continuously improve codebase quality, CI/CD pipelines, and test coverage.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using async communication.
