Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the domain industry, registrar operations, support escalation, or compliance.
- Deep expertise in domain lifecycle management across gTLDs and ccTLDs.
- Strong working knowledge of ICANN policies, UDRP, GDPR, and domain abuse management.
- Hands-on experience with EPP, REST APIs, DNS, and registry platforms.
- Experience in log and transaction analysis.
- Proven ability to manage complex operational workflows.
- Experience partnering with Engineering to drive automation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior escalation owner for complex, high-impact domain-related customer issues.
- Apply hands-on expertise across gTLDs and ccTLDs, DNS, EPP, REST APIs, and registry platforms.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide guidance.
- Act as the internal expert on UDRP cases, ICANN policies, RAA, and GDPR.
- Partner with Security teams on domain abuse identification and mitigation.
- Streamline registrar operational workflows and registry account governance.
- Identify operational gaps and drive automation with Engineering.
- Represent Squarespace in registry and industry-facing interactions.
