Requirements

  • 2+ years of end-to-end B2B/B2G sales experience
  • Experience working with US/UK or Australian clients
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift

Responsibilities

  • Conduct the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with international prospects
  • Conduct virtual meetings and product demos with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine lead generation efforts
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and report on pipeline progress
  • Set sales goals to increase revenue & report sales team performance results.
  • Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys
  • Conduct general administration tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
