Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles (such as Solution Architect, Sales/Solutions Engineer, Delivery/Implementation Architect, Technical Account Manager).
  • Track record influencing complex enterprise deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex systems simply to varied audiences.
  • Background in Cybersecurity and/or Identity (IAM/PAM, secrets management, cloud security).
  • Proven experience designing architectures, building POCs, and producing technical collateral.
  • Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and R&D.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery, assess customer environments, and design end-to-end solutions that align Oasis capabilities to enterprise needs across cloud, identity, and security programs.
  • Deliver crisp, technically rigorous demos and workshops that make complex concepts simple for both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on high-impact pursuits, shaping strategy, building bespoke prototypes / POCs, and guiding evaluation criteria to successful outcomes.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable insights for Product; influence roadmap priorities with clear problem statements and repeatable solution patterns.
  • Equip partners with technical know-how, patterns, and enablement materials to accelerate joint wins and scalable deployments.
  • Create high-quality reference architectures, playbooks, and reusable assets that uplevel the broader GTM and CS teams.
