Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or audit roles.
- Basic understanding of accounting processes and month-end close.
- Advanced English skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience in accounting and reporting for multi-currency entities.
- Ability to leverage generative AI.
- US GAAP knowledge (preferred).
- Experience with NetSuite (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and record routine journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Support the monthly close process.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
- Maintain accurate and complete accounting records.
- Prepare standard financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Support internal controls for transaction accuracy.
- Assist during external audits.
- Contribute to system and process improvements, including ERP initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless close process.
