Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (public accounting experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience ICFR documentation, and PCAOB audit support
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with multi-entity accounting
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP
- Comfort with Excel and financial reporting tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities under hard deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
Responsibilities
- Execute month-end and quarter-end close processes with the accuracy and timeliness required for financing reporting
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules in compliance with US GAAP
- Assist in documenting, testing, and maintaining internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) in support of SOX 302 and 404 compliance
- Support external audits and tax preparation by providing documentation and schedules
- Maintain the general ledger across multiple regulated entities
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, FP&A, and Operations to ensure financial data integrity across the organization
