Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal Client Experience team
- Search property management records
- Make phone calls and send emails to ensure client deadlines
- Examine documents for completeness, accuracy, and standards
- Enter, access, and retrieve data using computer systems
- Maintain detailed records, reports, and files
- Perform online research techniques
- Write business correspondence
