Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in QA Automation Engineering
- Experience leading and owning automation initiatives in SaaS environments
- Proven experience in end-to-end test automation
- Advanced experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience with BDD / Gherkin syntax
- Experience designing automation frameworks from scratch
- Solid understanding of API and end-to-end testing practices
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development/testing tools
Responsibilities
- Architect and break down ambiguous product problems into concrete, well-scoped test cases and test plans.
- Own work from design through production release.
- Contribute to AI-first engineering culture and share patterns.
- Use AI tools fluently to compress implementation time.
- Critically review all AI-generated code.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to identify specs gaps and edge cases.
- Set the quality bar through code reviews and test coverage.
