- Lead regular 1-on-1 sessions to support growth, solve challenges, and inspire progress.
- Co-create personalized development plans and help team members reach their next milestones.
- Identify and champion talent ready for the next step.
- Summarize and deliver meaningful feedback that drives improvement and confidence.
- Embody and promote core values and foster an inclusive culture.
- Champion transformation initiatives and AI-powered solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on problem-solving for complex projects.
- Negotiate and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Monitor performance results against KPIs and service level targets.
- Handle major escalations globally as a subject matter expert.
