  • Identify and champion talent ready for the next step.
  • Summarize and deliver meaningful feedback that drives improvement and confidence.
  • Embody and promote core values and foster an inclusive culture.
  • Champion transformation initiatives and AI-powered solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and hands-on problem-solving for complex projects.
  • Negotiate and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Monitor performance results against KPIs and service level targets.
  • Handle major escalations globally as a subject matter expert.
