Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical experience.
- Experience in a high-growth technology or ad tech environment.
- Demonstrated ability to support complex forecasting processes independently.
- Strong financial modeling skills across forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development.
- Intellectually curious and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Clear, concise communication skills with ability to translate complex analysis into executive-ready insights.
- Experience partnering with go-to-market, product, and senior leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the intra-quarter revenue forecast process including daily forecast updates, weekly updates, and quarterly forecast cycles.
- Support forecasting materials for Board and sponsor reporting.
- Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan and long-term forecasting process.
- Support the quarterly target-setting process and track initiative-specific performance.
- Partner with GTM & Operations teams on revenue performance projects.
- Lead finance-side work to evaluate and improve operational processes and reporting frameworks.
- Develop new analytical views and reporting capabilities for senior leadership.
- Own business case support and ad hoc product forecasting.
- Support revenue synergy and M&A workstreams.
