Requirements
- 5+ years backend development experience with Python
- Proven experience with Java/Spring or Go
- Deep understanding of web security principles (OWASP)
- Hands-on experience with Authentication and Authorization
- Background in designing APIs for SaaS products
- Production experience with public cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with data systems: Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka
- Exposure to frontend development (Angular/React)
- Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy complete projects as a lead engineer
- Develop platform and admin services for Bloomreach SaaS products
- Manage multi-product customer provisioning and licensing
- Handle authentication, authorization, and configuration management
- Improve system logging, alerting, and high-availability components
- Draft technical design documents and conduct design reviews
- Review merge requests and provide technical mentorship
- Collaborate with product managers to refine project scope
