Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute marketing programs independently.
  • Strong digital marketing skills (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Microsoft D365 or similar).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Co-Pilot or other LLMs.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, CMS/website management, and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience marketing to or through channel partners, resellers, or a partner/VAR ecosystem.
  • Comfortable with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop or localize marketing programs to drive engagement, loyalty, and growth across the NA partner network.
  • Develop or localize programs to generate leads for new partner recruitment.
  • Represent the NA voice in the development of global marketing programs.
  • Create co-marketing opportunities and resources for partners.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and newsletters.
  • Audit and optimize digital footprint (website, LinkedIn, email).
  • Develop and execute SEO/SEM and Agentic marketing strategy.
  • Own content calendar and collateral creation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital KPIs.
  • Manage the North America marketing budget.
