Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in site contracting, contract administration, or similar roles within CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments.
- Solid understanding of clinical trial agreements and budget negotiation principles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative working style.
Responsibilities
- Negotiating clinical trial agreements and budgets with investigator sites, following established guidelines, playbooks, and internal standards.
- Reviewing, adapting, and aligning contract language to reflect sponsor requirements, local legal frameworks, and site-specific feedback.
- Managing a portfolio of contracts, tracking timelines, monitoring cycle performance, and proactively resolving issues that may delay execution.
- Collaborating closely with legal, finance, project management, and clinical teams to clarify contractual terms and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contract negotiations, approvals, and executed agreements within designated systems.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives for contract templates, processes, and negotiation tools, and assisting in mentoring junior colleagues when required.
