Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a related field.
- Postsecondary education in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in residential mortgage loan approvals is highly preferred.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- High level of organization, accuracy, and adherence to procedures.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify files to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of applications.
- Monitor the quality of mortgage approval practices and ensure compliance with operational requirements.
- Identify errors, analyze root causes, and communicate appropriate recommendations.
- Provide support to teams as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure consistency in practices and outcomes.
- Exercise sound judgment to resolve issues while adhering to established procedures.
- Participate in additional projects or responsibilities based on operational needs.
