Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in system analysis, software implementation, or supply chain technology environments.
Strong expertise in supply chain systems such as WMS, WLM, or TMS.
Hands-on experience with SQL, JavaScript, and database technologies (SQL Server and/or Oracle).
Programming knowledge in languages such as C#, Java, C/C++, and familiarity with scripting or web technologies (XML/HTML, Python, etc.).
Experience working in Windows and UNIX environments.
Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Support end-to-end implementation activities for supply chain and warehouse management solutions, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Provide product expertise and consulting support to client teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and system adoption.
Assist in configuring WMS/WLM solutions, including device setup (RF scanners, printers, and related hardware) to meet client requirements.
Develop and execute test plans, validate results, and support user acceptance testing to ensure system quality and readiness.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery of implementation milestones.
Identify additional implementation opportunities and contribute insights to project leads for potential enhancements or expansions.
Track project activities and maintain accurate documentation in time-tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA/RUNN).
Provide ongoing updates, status reports, and technical/functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
