Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting with a strong technical orientation, or engineering-adjacent roles in fast-paced technology environments.
- Strong understanding of modern AI systems, including LLMs, agent frameworks, APIs, and production-scale system design.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis, with the ability to independently validate hypotheses and derive insights from complex datasets.
- Proven ability to translate technical system complexity into clear product strategy and execution plans across cross-functional teams.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs in distributed, AI-driven environments.
- Demonstrated experience shipping scalable, production-grade products in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts.
- Strong intrinsic motivation and curiosity for applied AI, with a track record of building or experimenting with modern LLM-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and deployment of AI-powered product experiences, owning roadmap definition and execution across agent-based and LLM-driven systems.
- Design and optimize prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safety/quality guardrails to ensure high-performing, scalable AI systems in production.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to architect robust AI infrastructure, balancing trade-offs across latency, cost, reliability, and model performance.
- Act as the technical bridge between product, engineering, and business stakeholders, defining best practices and establishing scalable AI system standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in automation rates, customer satisfaction, and system quality through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven iteration.
- Collaborate with external AI partners to evaluate, test, and integrate emerging model capabilities, including advanced LLM and voice-based systems.
