Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Surveying, Drafting, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of 2D and 3D CAD systems
- Understanding of engineering design principles
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship-building abilities
- Experience delivering technical demonstrations, presentations, or training
- Problem-solving mindset for complex technical challenges
- Experience in manufacturing, metrology, or industrial engineering
- Ability to travel regionally
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical expert for customers and internal teams
- Support Account Managers through technical demonstrations and presentations
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions
- Provide post-sales application support and best practice advice
- Standardize demonstration workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues
- Prepare and maintain technical training materials and equipment
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and R&D
- Assist with advanced support and escalation management
- Represent products at industry events and trade shows
