Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with proven success in enterprise deal closure
  • Experience in fintech, payments, FX, cross-border transactions, or crypto infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of stablecoin systems, custody models, and regulated payment environments
  • Experience engaging CFOs, Heads of Treasury, or senior finance stakeholders
  • Ability to build financial models, ROI-based proposals, and negotiate complex contracts
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of KYC/KYB and compliance requirements in financial products
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • High autonomy, resilience, and performance-driven mindset in startup environments

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across mid-market and enterprise clients through outbound and consultative sales strategies
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing, and expansion
  • Target senior finance stakeholders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury, Finance and Payments teams)
  • Run pilots and coordinate onboarding with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Success teams
  • Build pipeline, manage forecasting, and execute territory planning to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy, pricing, and vertical expansion initiatives
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap and improvements
