Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, workflow automation, or B2B platforms
- Strong experience building configuration-based or no-code products (e.g., workflow builders, form builders)
- Ability to design for multiple personas (technical builders and business users) within one platform
- Strong understanding of workflow orchestration, stateful systems, and integration platforms
- Experience working closely with Engineering, UX, Research, and Content Strategy teams
- Ability to translate complex technical and AI-driven concepts into clear product requirements and outcomes
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy, design, and delivery of Human-in-the-Loop capabilities across the product lifecycle
- Define stateful workflow behavior including pause/resume logic, routing, approvals, and data validation
- Lead end-to-end product discovery, UX design, and delivery in collaboration with Engineering, UX, Research, and Content teams
- Align stakeholders across roadmap planning, customer engagement, and product execution priorities
- Define success metrics, instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks to measure adoption and performance
- Continuously improve product experience using customer insights, analytics, usability testing, and workflow monitoring
