Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale programs or portfolios impacting multiple functions, regions, or enterprise-wide strategies.
  • At least 10 years of leadership and people management experience in complex organizational environments.
  • Strong expertise in strategic program execution, operational transformation, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to lead international and multicultural teams within highly regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with experience interacting with senior leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasts, and program financial performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and drive results under pressure.
  • Experience working with quality systems, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Willingness to relocate for a 2–3 year expatriate assignment in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee large-scale global integration and transformation programs impacting multiple business units and regions.
  • Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring successful execution of key initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and implementation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, steering committees, and cross-functional stakeholders to provide progress updates and drive decision-making.
  • Ensure effective financial oversight of programs, including budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to monitor project progress and proactively implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Collaborate with departments such as R&D, supply chain, logistics, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards, financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal governance procedures across all project activities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement within global teams.
  • Identify and manage project risks, crisis situations, and operational challenges while ensuring business continuity and long-term success.
