Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SEM or paid search campaign management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with GA4 or similar web analytics platforms.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance marketing principles.
- Experience in a B2B or agency environment preferred.
- Google Ads certification strongly preferred.
- Exposure to landing page optimization and CRO methodologies.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and optimization skills.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Write, test, and optimize ad copy to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to meet CPA, ROAS, and pipeline targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and reporting.
- Execute A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve results.
- Ensure accurate tracking and tagging using tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, creative, and strategy to optimize performance.
