  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and brand-building.
  • Ability to translate complex, functional, or emotionally sensitive topics into human-centered communication.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • First-principles thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end lifecycle and organic communication strategy.
  • Define and scale a distinct brand voice and messaging framework.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams.
  • Lead the creative direction of lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize messaging through experimentation.
  • Contribute to broader organic growth initiatives, including social and community storytelling.
