- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and brand-building.
- Ability to translate complex, functional, or emotionally sensitive topics into human-centered communication.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- First-principles thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end lifecycle and organic communication strategy.
- Define and scale a distinct brand voice and messaging framework.
- Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams.
- Lead the creative direction of lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys.
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize messaging through experimentation.
- Contribute to broader organic growth initiatives, including social and community storytelling.
