Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered products in a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience creating working prototypes, agents, or workflows using modern AI tools.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic patterns.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with data systems and understanding data quality impacts.
- Ability to operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and design.
- Experience collaborating across technical and go-to-market teams.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship agentic AI by turning ideas into working prototypes, agents, and experiments.
- Evolve Penny, the AI Fundraising Assistant, using emerging AI tech.
- Modernize the AI product lifecycle where the demo is the spec.
- Oversee public API and partner ecosystem integrations.
- Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality data services for AI.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, Sales, and Success.
