Requirements
- 5–7 years of product management experience, including ownership of a product or platform domain
- 1–3 years of experience managing or mentoring Product Owners or equivalent roles
- Proven experience with technical integration products (APIs, webhooks, ETL pipelines, data connectors)
- Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams
- Experience with data tools and ecosystems (data warehouses, BI tools, or analytics platforms)
- Track record of building scalable, reusable systems rather than one-off solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
- Experience working with external partners or ecosystem integrations
- Ability to operate independently and define strategy for a full product domain
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for APIs, connectors, partner reporting, and internal data tools
- Translate customer, partner, and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Partner closely with engineering to design scalable integrations, APIs, and data pipelines
- Build and manage data products for both internal and external consumption across the organization
- Prioritize competing integration requests and manage trade-offs across technical debt and new features
- Lead integration initiatives from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization
- Define success metrics including integration adoption, reliability, implementation time, and support reduction
- Collaborate with Client Success and Solutions teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation experiences
- Operationalize data to support product teams and cross-functional stakeholders
