Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with case management tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk)
- Proficiency using developer tools, Postman, and writing SQL queries
- Superb problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose root causes of issues
- Communicate issue details to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and document processes and best practices
- Manage multiple support cases and projects simultaneously
- Mentor and support level 1 and level 2 specialists
- Propose, plan and own new feature requests and system trainings
