Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with case management tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk)
  • Proficiency using developer tools, Postman, and writing SQL queries
  • Superb problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose root causes of issues
  • Communicate issue details to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and document processes and best practices
  • Manage multiple support cases and projects simultaneously
  • Mentor and support level 1 and level 2 specialists
  • Propose, plan and own new feature requests and system trainings
