Requirements
- 8+ years in growth or performance marketing with direct ownership of ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets.
- Experience managing 8-figure+ annual spend at a consumer or consumer healthcare company.
- Experience managing and developing growth teams, including agencies and partners.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok; fluency with OTT and YouTube.
- Strong creative instincts for performance-based creative.
- Advanced analytical skills including attribution, incrementality, MMM, and LTV/cohort analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL or close partnership with analytics.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows.
- Executive presence to represent growth to the CEO, ELT, and board.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute paid media and acquisition strategy aligned to unit-economics targets.
- Run weekly/monthly growth operating cadence: performance reviews, test reads, and forecasting.
- Analyze attribution, cohort, and LTV data to identify incremental growth opportunities.
- Partner with creative, brand, and product teams to develop ad concepts and funnel narratives.
- Build and prioritize testing roadmaps and personally execute high-leverage tests.
- Represent growth in senior leadership forums and influence cross-functional decisions.
- Assess and manage resource mix of in-house hires, contractors, and agencies.
