Requirements

  • 8+ years in growth or performance marketing with direct ownership of ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets.
  • Experience managing 8-figure+ annual spend at a consumer or consumer healthcare company.
  • Experience managing and developing growth teams, including agencies and partners.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok; fluency with OTT and YouTube.
  • Strong creative instincts for performance-based creative.
  • Advanced analytical skills including attribution, incrementality, MMM, and LTV/cohort analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL or close partnership with analytics.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows.
  • Executive presence to represent growth to the CEO, ELT, and board.

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute paid media and acquisition strategy aligned to unit-economics targets.
  • Run weekly/monthly growth operating cadence: performance reviews, test reads, and forecasting.
  • Analyze attribution, cohort, and LTV data to identify incremental growth opportunities.
  • Partner with creative, brand, and product teams to develop ad concepts and funnel narratives.
  • Build and prioritize testing roadmaps and personally execute high-leverage tests.
  • Represent growth in senior leadership forums and influence cross-functional decisions.
  • Assess and manage resource mix of in-house hires, contractors, and agencies.
