Requirements

Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
Minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care
Experience with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups
Provide outpatient psychiatric care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD
Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Develop treatment plans and manage patient medications
Provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy
Document care in electronic medical records
Collaborate within an integrated care model
