Requirements
- 4+ years of SEO content or SEO operations experience
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO best practices
- Experience working with AI-assisted content workflows
- Experience creating SEO briefs and content outlines
- Hands-on large scale CMS publishing experience (WordPress)
- Familiarity with Google Search Console
- Familiarity with GA4
- Familiarity with Ahrefs / Semrush
- Strong attention to detail and QA skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and content pipelines independently
Responsibilities
- Create SEO briefs for industry, role, location, and service pages as well as blog content.
- Review and refine AI-generated content to align with brand voice.
- Publish and QA content in the CMS.
- Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking.
- Build and maintain AI prompt workflows for content generation.
- Support the creation and scaling of programmatic SEO pages.
- Perform technical SEO QA checks including indexability, canonicals, and metadata.
- Monitor performance metrics in Google Search Console and GA4.
- Maintain weekly reporting on work and performance impact.
