Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of international privacy laws (EU/UK GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, PIPEDA, CCPA, etc.) and emerging AI laws.
- Strong understanding of privacy-compliance concepts.
- Ability to track and apply evolving global privacy laws.
- Experience with privacy management platforms like DataGrail, Transcend, OneTrust, or TrustArc.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced project management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the privacy and AI risk assessment process.
- Maintain Records of Processing Activity and coordinate data governance initiatives.
- Coordinate Data Subject Requests and privacy-operational activities.
- Implement and enhance compliance controls, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to document risk issues and recommend improvements.
- Support the administration of compliance training programs.
- Provide support to sales and customer support teams on privacy inquiries.
- Build internal privacy knowledge through documentation and educational materials.
- Support audit and compliance assurance projects.
