Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, or marketing/revenue operations.
  • Experience with SaaS, adtech, or martech environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Thoughtspot, Looker, SQL, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for data exploration and insight generation.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience with marketing tech stacks like Highspot or HubSpot.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, product, and BI teams.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize tracking and reporting across product launches, enablement, customer education, and retention indicators.
  • Consolidate data from CRM, revenue systems, content platforms, and product adoption reporting.
  • Maintain centralized dashboards and reporting cadences.
  • Identify patterns across customer journey data to drive adoption and retention.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on measurement frameworks.
  • Support prioritization and planning discussions for Product Marketing teams.
