Requirements
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience building high-throughput systems.
- Strong proficiency in Golang.
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and integration patterns.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Knowledge of secure software development practices and OWASP principles.
- Experience with unit testing and Git-based workflows.
- Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot).
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to communicate technical problems clearly.
Responsibilities
- Actively use AI-assisted tools for coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Integrate AI into daily workflow to improve speed and quality.
- Build and evolve high-performance APIs and microservices in Go.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features and integrations.
- Develop and extend integration frameworks for payment processing.
- Write clean, well-tested, production-ready code with a focus on observability.
- Apply secure software development practices, including OWASP standards.
- Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Business teams.
