Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable, production-ready systems.
- Strong expertise in API design and data modeling.
- Advanced system architecture experience with ability to weigh tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects across teams.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and reviewing architectures.
- Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code).
Responsibilities
- Drive meaningful impact across the patient funnel.
- Build and evolve systems for provider search, ranking, availability, eligibility, and booking.
- Bring order to ambiguity and design durable systems.
- Deliver software that directly impacts how patients experience care.
- Partner with Engineering Managers, product managers, designers, and clinicians.
- Mentor engineers and unblock peers.
- Raise the technical bar across the organization.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code in daily workflow.
