Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, go-to-market operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or a related field, ideally supporting B2B sales organizations.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with experience turning complex business challenges into practical, data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven experience partnering with sales leadership to improve execution, optimize forecasting, and support revenue planning initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and modern analytics or AI tools used for forecasting and sales performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where ambiguity exists and structure needs to be built proactively.
  • Experience in marketplace, SaaS, media, proptech, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify revenue drivers, growth opportunities, and operational improvements across the sales organization.
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, conversion trends, and customer segmentation to drive strategic recommendations and improve business outcomes.
  • Design and operationalize scalable sales plays, forecasting methodologies, and reporting frameworks that enhance execution consistency and revenue visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Analytics, Product, and Operations teams to align business objectives with measurable KPIs and frontline execution.
  • Support the development of dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical models to monitor sales effectiveness and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate complex business data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making and alignment.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives to improve sales productivity, pipeline management, forecasting rigor, and operational efficiency.
