Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in alliances, enterprise SaaS sales, consulting, or partner ecosystems with strong GSI focus
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact
  • Deep understanding of GSI operating models, including sales, delivery, and transformation frameworks
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives both internally and externally
  • Strong leadership experience in managing distributed, high-performing teams in global environments
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align customer transformation needs with partner capabilities
  • Experience in enterprise planning, FP&A, ERP, or digital transformation ecosystems preferred
  • Existing network within major GSIs (e.g., Deloitte, EY, PwC, Accenture) strongly valued

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global GSI partnership strategy, including segmentation, prioritization, and long-term value creation models
  • Build and manage senior executive relationships across major GSIs, including C-suite and global practice leaders
  • Develop and own joint business plans with strategic partners, including revenue targets, industry solutions, and geographic expansion strategies
  • Drive go-to-market execution in alignment with regional sales and partner teams to accelerate pipeline creation and deal conversion
  • Establish governance frameworks such as executive steering committees, QBRs, and performance tracking mechanisms
  • Scale partner-enabled revenue through repeatable industry solutions, service offerings, and delivery models
  • Lead global enablement initiatives to ensure partner readiness, certification, and effective solution delivery capability
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to embed GSIs into the global GTM strategy
  • Represent the alliance function at the executive level and contribute to broader corporate strategy discussions
  • Guide and support geographically distributed partner teams in a player-coach leadership model
