Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager responsible for a named credit card product or portfolio.
- Deep understanding of card economics, including interchange, rewards structures, credit risk, and customer lifetime value.
- Demonstrated track record of launching and scaling card-related features that delivered measurable business impact.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, legal, marketing, and credit operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer behavior and product performance data effectively.
- Fintech or financial services industry experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments with a proactive and execution-oriented approach.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for the credit card offering, including rewards, servicing, digital experiences, and feature enhancements.
- Define product strategy and positioning to increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, legal, and credit teams to launch and optimize product initiatives.
- Analyze cardholder behavior, transaction data, and customer insights to guide product decisions and improve performance metrics.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to personalize customer experiences, optimize engagement, and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end product development cycles, from ideation and prioritization through launch and post-release optimization.
- Balance innovation with regulatory and compliance requirements while maintaining execution speed and product quality.
- Monitor product performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
