Requirements
- Experience as a PM for a named card product
- Deep understanding of card economics: interchange, rewards cost, credit loss, customer LTV
- Track record of shipping card features that moved real metrics
- Experience working cross-functionally with credit, compliance, and legal
- Fintech background strongly preferred
- Drive and proactivity
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, including rewards, features, digital experience, and servicing
- Define what makes the card worth having and keeping
- Work across credit, engineering, design, compliance, and marketing to ship products
- Use cardholder data to understand behavior and drive product decisions
- Leverage AI to understand cardholder behavior in real time and personalize the experience
