Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of programs and projects
- Manage intake processes, including enquiries, applications, and eligibility checks
- Organize workshops, meetings, panels, and evaluation sessions
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and CRM systems
- Monitor project milestones, actions, and deliverables
- Support ideation, planning, piloting, and scaling of initiatives
- Prepare reporting materials and contribute to program improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
