Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of programs and projects
  • Manage intake processes, including enquiries, applications, and eligibility checks
  • Organize workshops, meetings, panels, and evaluation sessions
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and CRM systems
  • Monitor project milestones, actions, and deliverables
  • Support ideation, planning, piloting, and scaling of initiatives
  • Prepare reporting materials and contribute to program improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
