Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, CRM, CDP, or omnichannel campaign management roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, customer journey orchestration, and campaign execution processes.
- Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs across email, SMS, voice, and digital engagement platforms.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in agency, consultancy, or in-house environments.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a business-focused way.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with strategy, analytics, creative, and technical teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset combined with operational execution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in B2B2C or multi-channel industries is preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight travel when required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing operations and technology function, defining best practices for campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple client accounts.
- Own and manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, reporting systems, and omnichannel communication platforms.
- Design and implement scalable customer journey frameworks across channels such as email, SMS, voice, and emerging engagement platforms.
- Partner closely with account management, strategy, creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaign architecture with client goals and business outcomes.
- Monitor live campaigns, identify optimization opportunities, and provide data-backed recommendations to improve engagement and performance.
- Serve as a client-facing technical advisor, participating in strategy sessions, performance reviews, campaign audits, and operational discussions.
- Collaborate with leadership and product teams to evolve technology capabilities and introduce innovative marketing solutions.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop marketing operations talent while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
