Requirements
- Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT or LCSW in Pennsylvania
- One (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients
- One (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Strong technical proficiency with Google Suite and EMR systems
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work during core after-school hours (after 4pm ET weekdays and/or weekends)
Responsibilities
- Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26)
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
- Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills
- Collaborate with other specialty providers
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records
- Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate
