- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Collect and compile Golden Thread data from MOR incident reports, inspections, and audits.
- Develop and maintain a specific database for Golden Thread management.
- Implement data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Collate compliance data for the Building Safety Regulator.
- Maintain Building Safety cases to ensure investor compliance.
- Analyze safety data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas.
- Access the Building Safety Regulator's portal and monitor alerts.
- Manage the High-Rise Building tracker for investor groups.
- Provide technical support on safety data management.
- Develop safety training materials and train staff on data reporting.
