Responsibilities
- Run content operations and support workflows during live sports events.
- Quality-check visuals, copy, metadata, links, calls to action, and brand consistency.
- Triage support requests by gathering evidence and communicating actions.
- Use AI and internal tools for checks, data inspection, and process improvement.
- Maintain clear handovers, incident notes, and QA records.
- Improve checklists, playbooks, and lightweight automations.
