Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SRE or related infrastructure roles
- Proven track record building/operating high-availability, high-throughput systems
- Deep production-level experience with Kubernetes
- Proficiency with modern observability stacks
- Solid software development skills in Go or Python
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi, Terraform) and GitOps
- Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure initiatives from design to production
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
Responsibilities
- Co-owner of cloud infrastructure architecture on Azure and Kubernetes clusters
- Drive resilience strategy for global scaling and disaster recovery
- Develop and maintain observability stack (LGTM)
- Improve infrastructure self-service and automation
- Lead incident response and blameless post-mortems
- Mentor team members and drive RFC/design reviews
- Partner with the squad to shape the platform roadmap
