Requirements
- 6–12 months of relevant experience (Junior PM, Scrum Master, Product Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Software Developer)
- Strong communication skills (proactive, friendly, assertive)
- Tech-savviness with hands-on experience in AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor
- English language proficiency at C1 level (speaking and writing)
- Active interest and practical experience in using AI tools for automation
- Good understanding of web and mobile product development cycles
- Awareness of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Critical thinking and sense of ownership
Responsibilities
- Build web and mobile applications from prototyping through delivery
- Coordinate project teams of Backend, Front-End or Mobile Developers, QA Specialists and Designers
- Organize project workflows and facilitate regular meetings - stand-ups, sprint plannings, retros
- Act as a project advisor balancing client roadmap with internal capacity
- Manage client budget sheets and project schedules
- Use AI tools to draft Jira tickets, refinement summaries, and client updates
- Convert long call transcripts into structured decisions and action items
- Maintain project memory files and improve internal AI workflows
