Requirements

- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and complex system integrations.
- Proven experience building AI agents or RAG-based chatbots for operational use cases.
- Understanding of LLMs and effective application.
- High familiarity with ClickUp or similar enterprise-grade project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-level workflows using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.
- Optimize existing automations and scale them across various business units.
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and redesign them for ROI.
- Build and deploy AI-powered agents for tasks like email handling, document generation, and financial calculations.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing tools including ClickUp, CRMs, and email systems.
- Act as a strategic consultant to the founder to prioritize high-value technical initiatives.
