- 3+ years of editing experience in an agency or B2B content marketing environment
- Demonstrated ability to edit long-form, social, landing pages, and community content
- Strong SEO and GEO fundamentals
- Expertise in editing for structure and argument, beyond line-level grammar
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows
- Understanding of B2B buyer psychology and ICP alignment
- Ability to provide clear, constructive written feedback
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience with or willingness to learn Reddit as a content surface
Responsibilities
- Own first-pass editorial quality across assigned client accounts
- Edit blogs, white papers, guides, and landing pages for structure, argument flow, readability, and design
- Apply SEO and GEO best practices to all content
- Ensure content meets client-specific messaging, style guides, and brand standards
- Edit social copy, newsletters, LinkedIn and Reddit posts
- Review proposal decks and strategic deliverables for clarity and alignment
- Deliver actionable written feedback to writers to improve performance over time
- Track recurring issues by writer and flag patterns to the editorial manager
- Contribute to SOPs, client resources, templates, and training materials
