Requirements
- +6 years of professional experience in Full-Stack Web Development.
- Strong backend expertise in Python, C#, and/or Node.js.
- Frontend proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Next.js/React.
- Experience with relational databases, schema design, and migrations (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Experience handling REST APIs (auth, pagination, rate limits).
- Experience with LLM APIs (prompt engineering, structured outputs, context management).
- Ability to deploy/host applications on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Responsibilities
- Reverse-engineer data rules and functional prototypes from manual spreadsheets or legacy VBA macros into web applications.
- Design database schemas (PostgreSQL) and develop backend APIs.
- Craft modular, responsive UIs using React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
- Integrate LLM APIs into production workflows to automate operational narratives.
- Build secure integrations with third-party workforce management APIs.
- Implement frontend data-streaming patterns for live operational updates.
- Configure and manage application deployments on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
