Requirements
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical, content).
- Fluent English (C1) with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs and GSC.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Focus on business goals over trends.
- Ability to react to setbacks by developing and deploying new strategies.
Responsibilities
- Execute and develop global SEO strategy for portals and products.
- Collaborate on quarterly plans and long-term SEO strategy with leaders.
- Partner with international teams across Product, Design, Content, and Engineering.
- Create and optimize SEO, UX, and content.
- Monitor SEO performance and identify opportunities to scale traffic and sales.
- Own SEO traffic and revenue goals.
- Implement SEO optimizations independently.
- Manage SEO tasks end-to-end with clear ticketing and progress tracking.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor performance.
- Perform internal SEO audits to ensure adherence to best practices.
