Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design within a financial or enterprise environment.
- Proven track record supporting the implementation, upgrade, or maintenance of large-scale financial management systems.
- Ability to investigate, document, and resolve complex data discrepancies.
- Experience translating technical system impacts into clear business terms for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analytical work required to design, adapt, and test financial systems.
- Manage system descriptions and data elements to maintain a single source of truth.
- Translate intricate business needs into technical requirements.
- Build consensus between accountants, budget analysts, and IT teams.
- Author SOPs and training materials to ensure the agency remains audit-ready.
